This is a nice pic! i would probably only suggest playing with the composition a bit.. giving it a slight crop from the bottom and right ( as the bird is facing the other way) will do good to this pic. the negative space on all directions actually tend to stray the eyes a bit and the eye ends up focussing on nothing.. there is this rule of thirds where you divide the shot to three vertical segments and three hor segments and place it at any of the ver and hor segment htat just spices up the pic with lot of negative space.. i hope this helps and makes sense.

As like Nish saying.. placing the subject in 1/3rd wld make it lovely pic..

I agree with Nish and Satz regd the 1/3rd rule. Love the reflection of the bird.
