I went to Hebbal after a gap of few months, and there is a lot of change(not for good) lot of weed in the lake, very few birds...
Lake Dev Authority seems to have neglected this beautiful lake

I know. Hebbal is pathetic these days. Lake covered by hyacinths, no fruiting/flowering trees, dirty. This was almost a bird sanctuary in Bangalore!
