Value Added Trouble

I have been into hibernation for a while because of work load...
No new photos today because I messed up with all my photos last week at Rangannathittu, After pocessing I see that they are all dark. Donot know the reason, I didnt underexpose any picture, only over-exposed a few bird pictures.
I was driving back from work today, and there is an advertisement in radio for the new software for VAT(Value added Tax) which was introduced this month. That says, it is good for consumer, dealer, and manufacturer. I donot know how it is good for dealer and manufacturer but definitely it hurts consumer. I havent seen any drop in prices, but have seen prices of slide film(Elitechrome) go up from 190 to 230 because of the new tax. And many people are not stocking it up any more, there is a severe scarcity of Elitechrome in Bangalore.
Trouble... Value Added Trouble...

Ya man.. VAT looks like Trouble..

Check your camera meter then. You must be having a fair idea of what the exposure should be of a typical scene (say simple cityscape on sunlit day), does the camera meter shows something drastically below 1/100 at f/16? Then you should recalibrate your meter.

I think these traders are bigger culprit, whatever the VAT does, these guys do more damage by hoarding.
