New Template
I am looking for new template. An out of the box one, where I donot do much of editing. I still might have to do, but I want a template which I can use as reference. any suggestions?

This template is good. Simple, elegant, useful, focussed. Maybe you'll want to reduce the brightness of the background a little bit.
But finally, no template, out of the box, will satisfy your complete need to you need to re-write it anyway ...
